Houston Collection Agency Raises Funds for Employees Recovering from Hurricane Harvey

With hurricane Irma bearing down on Florida, residents in Houston and surrounding areas are just starting to dig out from the catastrophic impact of hurricane Harvey. While it might not be foremost in our minds here in the Midwest, it seems that few were spared the wrath of this tragic storm in the Houston area.

There have been many organizations setting up funds to help individuals impacted by Harvey, but one in particular has struck a chord with collection agencies. LTD Financial Services is a collection agency headquartered in Houston. Founded in 1993, they employ just over 100 individuals.

Because so many of their team members have suffered incredible losses from the flooding that impacted the region, LTD has set up a Go Fund Me account with the sole purpose of helping their employees get back on their feet. According to the Go Fund Me page, many LTD Financial employees have lost everything in the flood waters. As of four days ago, the organization has heard from most of their team members, but it is unclear if everyone has been accounted for.

If you are interested in helping the team at LTD Financial Services, visit their Go Fund Me page. No donation is too small to help these people pick up the pieces of their lives and start to rebuild.
