ACA International has announced that the Great Lakes Credit and Collection Association (GLCCA) has received the Unit Certificate of Excellence Award. The Unit Certificate of Excellence recognizes units committed to excellence in local operations.
Importantly, we received this award although not even existing for a full year, which is a testament to the GLCCA membership’s commitment for creating the largest unit in ACA International.
The Great Lakes Unit Leadership exists to:
- Serve as a collective voice of the members on legislative and regulatory issues which impact the members’ delivery of collection and credit services;
- Provide educational opportunities and services which further and promote the optimum delivery of collection and credit services and the professional development of Association members;
- Prescribe and enforce a code of conduct and ethics;
- Facilitate member communications and operations among and between the members, the Association and ACA International; and
- Assist members in serving their communities and meeting the challenges created by changing markets through leadership, direction, education and service.
